Cant Play

Ok I get this message and Im sorry but I cant get this game to play no matter what

It says unable to launch the application.
My temporary Internet files are on in Java and I have the latest version of Java.
This game looks fun but I cant try it.

Tried downloading the other Pacho client thing: same error.
Tried help on IRC.
Tried everything.

I still wanna play this game because permadeath and hemp growing and general badassness but I cant even get the game to play so I guess no go.
