The character that finish gates receives key. Did you lost your or something?
If you have key in inventory just right click on gates and it will open.

No no i mean When i finishes the gate foo my fence ( i dont not have to means too build Palisade's yet) The gate is just too small for me too pass throu, Its open and i just simply cannot walk throu it.

It's a bug with display of a newly finished gate. It shows as open, but is actually closed. Right click it to get it really open.
