Boards from logs spawning inside structure

So I thought I was smart, carrying a log from a tree I felled after cutting the other into boards and sticking them in inventory.
Turns out I dropped it a tad too close to my log cabin, and when I finished cutting it into more boards, two of them spawned inside the collision boundary of the cabin.
Not a big deal, plenty of wood in the forest, but it seems like the sort of thing I should post here.

You have to be careful where you do that.
