lost LP during declaim

hello fellow hearthlings
although this is my first post, I have got to know H&H pretty good know. I also use the wiki alot.
lately, I had to move my stake claim. NP, because I have done that several times.
but this time, i didn't get my LP refunded. there was no lag, no crashes, nothing strange, just no LP back.
is this common? I lost like 35000 LP this way!

Sounds like you're trying to get a refund from the Devs or something.

hehe, that would indeed be nice.

but more than that, it is also a very annoying bug, and i want to know if anyone have ever experienced it. cause i don't want it to happen to other players.

A refund will probably not be given, the game is in Alpha stage if I recall correctly, so they'll probably patch any holes but not give refunds.

How did you declaim?

Did you use the 'declaim' function on the stake, or the remote one from the adventure menu?

And how much LP do you miss (and how big was the claim) ?

as Granger said, refund or not, this is a bug. i don't need a refund, and I don't want to annoy jorb or loftar woth a PM for a refund.

I used the declaim button on the stake claim itself. it was in the way of a claim from my friend( 5 tiles between minimum i recall). i wanted to claim land, didn't work, so i reset, he tehn said to remove it, so in the same swipe, after hitting reset, i hit declaim. maybe that is the problem?

I've actually had the same thing, declaimed (from a distance) reclaimed my new plot, and after a servercrash a couple minutes later I lost the plot and the LP. This was a while ago though, I had exactly the same thing happen recently and I kept the plot. It's probably related to rollbacks. (area is rolled back, char isn't/)

yeah, i know the server rollbacks, lags and crashes can be hard.
but in this case, there wasn't any problem with the server, hours before and hours after. and immediatly after i checked for my LP, there where none. also, in the my account section, i lost total LP too. soo yeah, it just dissappeared.
critical bug, seems to me.
