Barley seems the rarest of them all for some reason. I finally managed to find one WWW of barley after traveling far and wide. I hear you can randomly find them in your own region but I didn't take the chance of waiting.

WWW spawn on a field that is set at world gen just like everything else. If you want to get different seeds than you already, you have to forage different areas.
