Eh some of em had decent stuff, one guy had a metal smelter going for example and no claim, I currently dont have metal so he had something i would have wanted. They just assume due to location they are safe, Iv found my new homes location after not seeing any sign of life, and having checked in all directions for about 15 min walks, no sign of life, im satisfied with my current solidarity until a neighbor or two pop up

I also want the black roof, I want a black and red log cabin. Murkwood blocks, cherry boards, just need the tar thatching. Past expanding my claim and dicovring roap for my pali... the fact I haft to move slowly is mostly irritating lol.
