I too feel the pain. Been surviving off catgold/seashells and desperation lately.

I can get up to 10k with dragonflies instead of cat gold and ant instead of bear tooth and hq glimmer.

1 board 2 block 3 tin nugget 2 iron nugget iirc, it is the best of metal curio

all the metal curios give insane lp gainz, pretty easy to get 10k with those

stalagooms arent too bad for a quick and easy curio, the bear tooth is pretty trash though, not sure why you would even need to study it when probably get better value from strange crystal or petrified seashell which is very easy to acquire at 100ql

Bear tooth is 190lp/h, crystal shell and catgold are all in the 100-150 range at that q, unless my time values are off, 60h 60h and 24h?
