Removing tps didnt work

If i understood correctly. Meaning of deleting crossroads, village teleports and big riversystems was to increase trading between players so they trade hq nodes and other stuff.

Well you have totally failed in this.
Trading doesnt basically exist. Except some very local trading with your closest friends or some hq trading that includes 8 hours walking back and forth.
No one is ever going to build trail that is 6 hour walking distance long.
You ruined trading.
In w7 there was way more trading because it was easier and you could trade without walking 8 hours.
You walk 5 minutes to loftar's place in dev server with wagon and then you say that trading is fun. But in HnH it doesnt go like that. You have to walk 8 hours with alt all valuables in your inventory which just sucks. Not many people can trade because they simply dont have time to sit 8 hours on computer clicking your char around in forest.
Somone is probably going to say that why dont i build trail to people that i trade with or go with wagon. Reason is because i dont want ½ of world population to have trail that they can travel next to my backyard. Also its super easy to vandalize or build traps/ambushes. Ambushes arent nice event at all. If somone would ambush at that trail I would probably be dead before my client can even load up area around me.

Totally agree with OP, Because of this i didnt realize any trade in this world, while previously i was pretty active at trading.

Even if you were to put in the major amount of effort required to build roads, setup an area with stands utilizing the visitor debuff for protection or going with the more difficult task of creating an area for anyone to setup stands at, what are you going to do then? Announce it on the forums? Right so Dis can come and camp the roads and kill you or anyone trying to trade with you lol, it's such a shitty situation.

We don't need as much rivers as in legacy but I think we should have longer rivers that allow us to travel around the map more easily. These rivers also should have enough shallows so they don't become impregnable wall to people trying to drive wagons.

I've walked 4-6 hours for trade many times, it hardly counts as fun.

I actually found building roads quite fun and satisfying in a way, but it totally sucks that anyone can use them to get to you and also that I have to rebuild them several times a week because people find it fun and easy to break them

It is indeed a sad situation atm, i look at the trade threads and think gee i would love to trade, but alas no way in fucking hell am i going to spend weeks building crs or traveling fer hours no matter the ql of the items. The current system discourages trading by making a simple trade into alot of effort for both parties.

I actually don't mind it either, I would personally love to have something setup at my village but I know for a fact Dis would be over there in a heartbeat trying to land kills if I were to announce it over the forum. Even if I didn't they'd stop by eventually and notice.
