Here's one from a little hermitage I made one day.


This is a similar one I made recently.


Larch boards and conker blocks. Larch is like the best wood ever.

Protip:
You can access the console by pressing ":" and if you then type ":cam bad" you'll get a camera that is much more flexible for screen capture. To go back to the original, type ":cam ortho"

I think i used Oak logs and then king's oak boards if i remember. But still yours are really nice. Also thanks for the tip onep.

Scenic photo. Materials are maple blocks and planks, straw for thatch, tin, and schist stone.

Since I'm making this a more permanent area, where should I put my chicken coop? anyone have any suggestions?

You should make 3 coops with the same materials and have them facing away from the stead similar to the picture

Thanks It's nice to know that there are people who help hermits. I'll start to build them when my barley finishes but for now time to make cupboards and the fence.
