WTF is with all this majora's mask recently? When it came out, everyone hated it.

edit: by everyone, I mean a ton of players on usenet and early forums, critics, and such, not necessarily everyone.

I love MM, and i'm pretty sure it's highly regarded as one of the best. I guess it's another Earthbound/Mother 2 thing.

The re-release a few years ago helped. Lots of Twitch eyeballs on it, too, because players can watch it instead of beating their head against the wall. I liked the story, but the game was frustrating way too frequently.

And it's about 23 hours to go, so... you were off OP. :ugeek:

Majora's Mask is awesome, one of the best Zelda games. Love the time turning mechanic.

Let's be honest here, Wind Waker is objectively the best Zelda game.

It's good, but the boat journeys did get a wee bit tedious.

Wut. I've only ever seen love for it. Especially when it first came out.

People disliked the idea of the time mechanic but once you actually played the game you realized it's pretty minor. I know I was originally on the boat of disliking a time limit. We all thought it'd be 3 real days to beat the game lol.
