Just PM one of the CF builders on the CF discord asking politely and they'll let you in? I don't see what the issue is. One of my village mates had a quest and they let him in.

Although not related to the presence of the wall denying access to quest givers within the community fair, there is another, perhaps larger, local issue.

It's unfortunate to see Polska Crev living so close to the community fair, raiding and pillaging everyone in the area.
It's a sad state of affairs that the community fair leadership has chosen to non-aggression pact Polska Crev because it is more important to them to build the CF than it is for them to encourage community growth in the area.
Although with the reported strength of ~30, I can understand why any group would prefer not to fight Ozzy's "crev," I offer my sword to any who would seek justice for new players and innocent hermits on the Southern Continent.
