Havoc isnt being updated currently. You would have to ask the creator.

Honestly for some reason I thought steam would be a new leaf, but I was wrong. We got all the Farmville clients for the steam noobs, I'm sure this will end well.

For the most part they will be. Also I would hope Steam has some protections in place for 'unsafe mods'
