No one knows. If they don't have an automatic restart script and have to do it manually, then I imagine it will be at least a few hours, since I would imagine they are sleeping right now.

If you make a game, that is suppose to be a MMO game that lags because there is 100 players online, then you have nothing to do in the gaming industry. You sure as hell is in no position to charge 15$ for it.

Glad I didn't shell out any money.

I shell money out not for the server crashablity, not for the current version game, but for loftar and jorb to keep updating and making server and game better, the money is shelled out for the bright future of haven!

If you feel that way about the industry you clearly dont know what your talking about, the industry is far more versatile than you think, they do what they can with what they have in the time they have it because they enjoy it. You get what you get and since you clearly dont grasp that you must not be a developer and thus have no right to make the claim of who or who should not be in an industry that you are merely a consumer of. They have spent years on a game, and need sleep because they have shit to do outside of the game
