Two huge swamps near my home that I visit every day, numerous times, and I've found 0 bluebells. Been out on the water numerous times per day too, 0 Peculiar Flotsam.
All I'm getting is shit, and raising Exploration is already becoming a huge LP sink, even at 25. It will cost me 15k LP to get 5 more points in it, now in old H&H that would be fine, because I'd have Flotsam being researched all of the time, dragonflies, bluebells and a few other good curiosities, combined with the "Change" belief which was giving me 3 times the LP gain.
From raising my exploration above 10, the only new thing I've found is Rustroot. This shit sucks, where are my good, forageable curiosities?
And before somebody says "Well you're still far off from finding such and such from old H&H with your current exp*per", all I have to say to that is this. If the personal belief system is gone, which granted us 3x the LP, then why aren't the required numbers for finding curiosities in this game being lowered to compensate for that? Right now it's a tediously slow grind.
So to conclude, despite me playing for at the very least, 10+ hours a day, I've still only found mediocre curiosities that will be taking two days of study to give me the required LP to bump my Exploration from 25 to 30, which I'm imagining STILL won't be of any help.
Thanks for reply, glad I'm not the only one. I'm feelin like part of the issue is we are playing too much, game is now gearing much more towards offline progression. 10hour a day definitely too much.
But still think LP gain could be doubled or something, jorb did hint he might tweak progression here
