So how does one find a bluebell with (e)10 perception and 1 exploration? How does that happen? Because it happened.

They fixed it, you can't do that anymore. Read the patch notes

Fate system is determining in some way how long you haven't gotten a lucky hit and then gives you a rare gift every now and then. Probably after you found like a bluebell or something the chances go down again that you will find another anytime soon.

They do not hit 0 though, village mate found 2 within 2 screens yesterday.


On the topic of flotsams: They do not just spawn on rivers anymore. Jorb hinted there is something more to it.
