According to http://dwarffortresswiki.org/index.php/DF2014:Silver

Horn silver is better than galena.

Dunno what silvershine is (couldn't find it in game files, maybe you spelled it incorrectly?)

I doubt we would have native silver available in game, and there is no tetrahydrite item available, so I would guess that silvershine might be another name for tetrahydrite, which would mean it's the worst silver ore.

Just going to confirm. Silvershine is Argentite.
