OP if someone drops a quality 100 item and you pick it up, it wouldn't get capped by your skills, right? If someone made you a sword, would you expect it to turn to shit as soon as you touched it because you can't smith well? Same thing applies to the rabbit. All you did was pick it up.
Is there a point to these in real life? Why not use the entire area of the land?
