I walked for a good few hours away from the spawn point yet as i was getting my land even and have stockpiles and stuff ready to set up my place i saw 3 people all naked running past my encampment, should i be worried that those were alts or not, i dont want to move because i invested a good amount of time finding the perfect spot for me and more time preparing everything

definitely alts scouting to raid a place, there aren't any new players around anymore because of the sudden p2p model shift, so the game now has 169 players and im pretty sure atleast half or more are alts.

In response to thread title, I think maintaining a healthy level of worry is very beneficial, especially whilst planning a base. So yes, be worried, but maybe not about the naked alts. Maybe set up a nettle clothes bank for them, winter is coming after all.
