Third Reich declared war on Poland first and bumrushed them. That was actual start of WWII. After that Britain and France declared war on the Reich.
Probably Reich would have reigned the whole Europe, but then Hitler decided to declare war on Stalin and bumrush him... well, it ended with Soviet flag over Reichstag.

Countries of anti-comintern pact were defeated by those whom they hated: communists.

Quite interesting, that Soviets at that moment were allies to Nazi and invaded Poland as well, splitting it in half.

I guess Hitler lured Stalin into the trap, since Nazi propaganda from the early days was strictly anti-bolshevist and way before WWII started in his book Hitler wrote that his goal was to invade USSR and settle his "aryan" race here.

But what is more funny, this word "aryan" race that nazi (and even modern "!") love to use means completely different race than what nazi are thinking. Usually imagining them as "white people with blue eyes", while real aryans, who are indeed descendants of one of first civilizations on the Earth, have way more darker skin, hairs and eyes. And live they not in Germany, not even in Europe, but in country, that still has its "aryan" name - Iran.
