I bought a couple of the big unflavoured ones to eat em as an alternative to pasta because they were quick to make and i would flavour them as i like. But I looked at their nutritional values after i bought them and they arent half good as pasta as in carbohydrates and shit. So they arent really good, maybe cheat meal for their flavour.

Package of chili flavored ramen; can of your favorite chili (with or without beans), homemade if you have it; some extra meat, can be leftover roast, pork, whatever, preferably something with a Southwestern-Latino-Tex Mex flavor; bit of cheese--Velveeta works or a basic cheddar, but queso fresco is best; extra jalapenos. Cook noodles, mix rest of ingredients, enjoy.
