Man up, take the test, and let it show whatever it shows.
Or, alternatively, man up, admit to what you did, and then refuse to take the test because it doesn't matter what it shows if you've already pleaded guilty.
If you don't think that you smoking a little diggety-dank is a big deal, then don't go along with a narrative that paints it as a big deal.
That you are honest and straight when confronted about it should net you more points long-term than passing the test.
I am fully aware that honesty can be easier said than done, but I think we all realize that it is the right thing to do precisely because of that.
