The issue is no Russian is going join an English village by choice, and the pool of English recruits is so pitifully small, newer villages are unable to grow at all.

Like look how many people pounced on trying to recruit just this casual hermit in D&T

This is caused by a shortage of players, plain and simple

Your argument is not ''English base gets smaller.'' It is ''Russian base gets larger.'' Pool of English recruits size is same amount.

This is a preposterous statement. If that's the only basis for your concern, I can assure you the issue is inexistent.

He didn't name that village, it was something like "waste not, want not" kind of deal, came already with the name.

Maybe there is shortage of English speaker. But this shortage is not caused by having many Russian speaker.

There has always been a shortage on recruits, since the game is quite nice as a hermit.
This was even the case on a bigger player base, harder life as a hermit than now, and in the time where americans were the biggest group here.

Or in other words: It's not the fault of the Russians that no one wants to join your boring village Jesus. :P

Whats wrong with nationalities of players? I hope you understand that speaking English is not very standard thing around the world.
It is not even nearly as common as people think it is.
