It's all about moderation... and to compensate, most people cycle to work and school daily in the Netherlands.

Never had it, I've never seen any around where I live (Arizona), which is surprising because of how many Canadians vacation down here in the winter.

Never heard of it. Sounds delicious though. What kind of gravy should it generally be? I want to make it.

I prefer to use chicken drippings for the gravy, add poultry seasoning and make it extra thick so it sits nicely on top of the curds and fries.
