World reset will come eventually and it'll have no correlation with players wanting it or not at that moment in time.

I don't think anyone in this thread actually requested a world reset buddy. ;)

It usually comes up on page 2 or 3.

New world is nice the first few days since you can play in peace till the first dickheads grinded rage, swords and the ability to use them - after that they slaughter away at the server population.

In a sense a world perceived by them as stale (like they claim this one is) can be better for a fresh start than week 2 plus of a fresh world since these types already got bored and left (or are inactive).

That's not really smart of you either dageir.

As someone who started in the last month of w3 and recently started into this world I can just confirm what Granger wrote. It's a lot more peaceful and thus easier to learn game mechanics without interruption of some higher skilled wannabe raider.

No, the stupidest thing was that meme you just posted. Just sayin...

I like the new worlds because of the competition*, but if you just want to play and hang out and do your thing, your not missing much. If you want to avoid the competition, now is actually the better time to play because of the points already made.

*with this world's spawning, it really wasn't too bad because everyone was spread out across the entire map instead of clustered near the center 9 grids.
Opinions expressed in this statement are the authors alone and in no way reflect on the game development values of the actual developers.

I have just played since world 6, but I have never had any problems with the "noob killers".
Also the ones who get bored are not only the leet raiders, but most people. I got really bored after two months when the village
was mostly done and any increased effort would interfere heavily with everyday life. There was nothing left to do that was
reasonably possible time wise. So no, the early raiders are not the only ones who get bored. Everyone is.

If you never experienced problems early world you are really lucky. For this world we had problems even on day 1 because of the ice things, people already could vandal us and there was nothing that we could do.
And yes we were like "FUCK THIS WORLD!!!". I can imagine first kills came much earlier in this world compared to the previous ones...
