You must have done something to upset someone or 'something', a curse or hex has to be cast upon you either by another being or as a result of your actions. You need to discover what you have done and to whom and put it right in order to lift the curse ... maybe you have dumped someone by text recently or sent a naked selfie someone found offensive?

I don't know much about curses or hexes, I specialise in more in ghosts and poltergeists, but from a medical point of view it could just be a muscle spasm. They happen when muscles (often in your leg) basically start twitching for no reason. I get them sometimes and it sounds like that's what you have, but who the hell gives someone a curse that makes their leg twitch slightly?
