i think djinns were alien holograms and the misunderstanding between what a person wished for and what did she get could be resulting from the aliens having much more evolved and different thought processes than simple humans

Do you has the personal strategy to stop this misunderstanding? Or mitigating them?

yes the aliens should implement generic choices into the djinn holograms like
-get money
-get laid
-get nice house etc

most of the wishes would be fulfilled in that way and the rest should be done hit or miss and the results should be put for future reference so the aliens can study the human thought process

But this is solution that alien must implement. What if alien want for it to be misunderstanding? What if alien no longer maintain hologram? Maybe they are left here from long ago.
