That is the point: you actually can move around with an item hidden on the cursor, that is the beauty of this function.

The OP ideas are great.
Maybe you could add shooting dice as a game since there are functional dice

On further thought: how to deal with item hiding on the cursor possible with custom clients?

add one more item then whats fits in inventory to the check, to be hold at crusor. since stacking multiple items on cursor isn't a thing yet right?

Not everyone is using custom clients.

with that feature. I think the greater majority of players use custom clients despite the great leaps forward the standard client has made the last couple of worlds. It still doesn't provide a lot of the bells and whistles modders add into the customs.

vanilla client still lets you pick the item up, just wont let u walk while holding it. so for purpose of making sure all items really are left off character this still works.

You'd have them carry one more on the cursor. The idea isn't original, it's been posted a couple times before.

Add a gambling game with dice. Two people play, one bets on even, one bets on odd. If the number is even, even wins. If it's odd, odd wins. You could bet money and items.
Total misplay.

Same could be done with a crate and two die.
