What do YOU consider to be a successful Hermitage?

Every hermitage is successful if you are happy in it.

One that you have fun in, the idea for me so to be able to set my own goals, do as I want, be creative my way. Friends quite I do not care as much (I wont need to take a break) ect.... the list goes on.

Key thing is a good hermitage means I am having fun and playing the game.
