Steam would rip this game apart in the current state that the game is.
on any multiplayer game that comes out.
you must be ready for 50'000 players or more.

this game would really need fine polishing before that happens.
H&H is missing a lot of features
-true end game
-better movement
-refined animation
-better client (loaftar why cant you just make a new rule- any custom client must be sourced to you)
and a lot of other little refinement

I think quite simply because this is one of the most ambitious mmos ever created by 2 people. Even greenlight implies a certain quality and development progression, and they just can't meet that e,pectation, with the way they are choosing to develop it. Maybe they could hire a bunch of employees with the money but I don't think they'd want to develop it that way. Like others have said, people would buy it then get pissed off when it doesn't meet their expectations

With what money?

They are probably living off cabbages and potatoes.

Lots of nonsense in this thread.

We're considering it. I see no reason not to try it at some point, and I see no problem in the implementation that can't be fixed. Haven is quite obviously more polished than the median greenlight game.

Confirming the cabbage and potatoes theory.

Greenlight is bad idea! If game goes there someday and shit happens, remember what shubla said back then.

I'm sorry but what planet are you living on? Lol.

Features =/= polish
Your standard client is not even playable ffs. And 90% of steam would probably go insane over lack of pathfinding. That's just 2 small examples

I guess what I'm saying is most greenlight games I've played are more or less fully functional with a lack of features/balance. Haven is the opposite imo
