UnRealWorld is a really good game, though it can be a bit finicky on occasion, the game has had nonstop support for ages. Anyone who hasn't at least given it a look really should, the gameplay might not speak to you, but I'm sure the subject matter does.

definitely love UnReal World for the feeling of the game and the details, especially for a free play, about the survival part. The only thing that makes me stop play it some times is the incredibly clunky interface and the GUI. Some of you tried also wayward? That too is a small jewel of a game :3

I know wayward...but never played. URW interface could be clucky but the gameplay is very solid...and the turn base system is really clever...

This game is cool but way too fucking hard. Unreasonably unforgiving, and this is from a usual roguelike player. Maybe I'm not patient?

It's so cool cause it's hard.... :D
Try to start with Kiesseläinen, abandoned camp....craft 2 javelin and go hunt....i've just started a new game with this settings, killed 2 elk, 380 cuts drying right now for the winter... and fine fur too :D
You only need good tools and weapons...Kiesseläinen are good in timbercraft, so could help a lot.

Build a shelter on the place and dry the meat during the spring. During the summer you need a village near by to smoke the meat, then eventually you will build your own small cabin with fireplace and everything...

I tried it briefly. Its interface is worse than Hafen. Not very intuitive in any way.
Tried to interact with surroundings and explore. Died to bear. The end.
