It's highly unlikely anyone from HnH would get charged with a crime in Montgomery or Philadelphia county, but if they did I'd consider representing them for free.

I was paid $20 an hour at my internship btw :P

Very wise that you choose the tiny HnH community to represent for free potentially, then again I think if any of us stood to go to court 99% of us would be guilty without a shadow of a doubt anyways.

When you pass a state bar in the US, you are licensed to practice any type of law (excluding a few minor exceptions that require additional licensing, like IP law).
But I plan on practicing only criminal defense.

I have a strange sense of respect for people who choose State law. Congrats.
If it was me I'd go immigration or something because it's Federal and I could move around the country.
