I dont see why people even try to prevent spreading terrorist things.
At least in Finland all major media sites spread all terrorist propaganda instantly when its released, ESPECIALLY if its about Finland related stuff.
I think that if people want to fight terrorism, media shouldn't spread terrorist propaganda

But I think that isis and other things are just conspiracy made by capitalists to get more revenue from selling newspapers, getting clicks on their sites. And weapon industry. People buy weapons as a self defense and countries buy it to "fight terrorism".
