This sounds more like a liver than a kidney disorder.
Not only, but also because one of the kidneys overlaps with the liver and the gallbladder.

In either of those cases, either go to the doctor or die, because both can easily lead to serious issues very quickly. Although you can always hope it's some sort of minor issue caused by cold and muscle cramps, or just food poisoning.

i doubt i could get poisoned with anything,unless maybe french fries i ate yesterday

You can get it from bad oil too.
