he's talking about all the bots that you get fed off of. You yourself don't have to play if you have botters that will feed you full of curios and Food. So no you aren't botting, but your team does for you.

You don't have any proof for that and you are just talking shit, I was raising my char on my own, hunting mammoths using alts and spamming honeybuns for the 1st 2,5 months of the world and then I quit becouse there was no point to grind if pvp doesn't exist and you can't siege your enemies.

My point was that PVP and the wars between big factions are fueling the game, new players enjoy reading The Moot (my thread in the moot being the most popular thread on this world proves that) and when factions stop fighting the game feels dead and players quit even if they aren't fighting on their own.

these people who don't use any bot at all, i'd like to see how much gold and the metal ql they'd be gaining from this no bot diet... I know I don't bot and have yet to find a good iron vein, and can't barely break walls at mine level 3, untouched so far... not even dreaming with gold or silver yet...

It's possible with enough time, effort and luck to stay somewhat competitive but I won't give you any false hope that you'll ever catch the big factions in industry quality because you probably won't. Not that I will either of course but I'm doing alright, decent amount of gold/silver, mining on L5 and I've been lucky enough to come across some fairly good coal/iron nodes but in the end my industry quality is still only about half of what the top q stuff is at currently.

For metal industry you don't need ANY bots - You need minimum effort and some luck - and you need to know what to do, most of people don't.

Yes you're right you don't really even need a high q iron node in order to spiral it up high, just some decent coal and a whole bunch of mid q iron but be honest here dude you can easily cut the amount of time you spend in half by utilizing bots for the menial tasks which is what big factions do and that includes the mining aspect as well.

Well since most of DIS quit I was doing the metal industry and took me like 2 hours of spiraling iron while playing World of Warcraft and just making wrought from time to time to make a new top ql anvil. I don't know man, maybe Great Houses are using bots to do that kind of stuff but I was doing it on my own and it's easy as fuck, especially when I was using high ql iron to start with instead of medium q and when I was using finery forge made of hql bone clay instead of regular clay.

There was even a point when I would rather go mining/criting iron instead of looking for a fight, just working on the industry gave me a lot of fun but when I realized that there isn't gonna be any PVP anymore then uprading industry just seemed pointless

Please include in your premise the fact that there has been no patch for weeks now. Not saying patches will keep players in because they can't keep up with the rate of content consumption but they do slow down the onset of boredom.

Game has no endgame and pvp as endgame does fuck all for most people. Quality grind without a way to officially brag about that grind is pointless.

And yeah ozzy you're the greatest everyone loves you pity your cheering squad died and you have to slum it by promoting yourself.
