Urho Kaleva Kekkonen was a Finnish politician that basically everyone in Finland knows. He was incredibly popular and got all the votes, he was elected as a prime minister for 5 times. After that he was as elected as a president for 4 terms, for over 25 years in total. And basically the only reason for him quitting was his declining health.

Even an exceptional law was made, so that he could keep being president even without elections, and no one really resisted.
He knew how to deal with the USSR, he kept relations of Finland relatively good towards east, while still keeping the country quite neutral.

Kekkonen was also known for being quite athletic man. He skied every day (if there was snow so he could).
Sauna was something that Kekkonen really loved. He often invited other politicans to the sauna with him, where they discussed about political things.

Video recording of counting votes where Kekkonen was as one option to vote for: https://youtu.be/tjt-AeJkzf0

Spede Pasanen, probably the best comedian in Finland.
He has a lot of production, dozens of movies, tv series and roles on movies.
Sadly he died some time ago largely due to bad lifestyle, but I guess that so do all of the great artists.
Some of his production in english

The Finns improved the petrol bomb. Congrats on perfecting another way to kill people, I guess.

A case in point is the Irish revolution (1916–23), where it may have been in use as early as May 1920. That month, members of the Irish Republican Army (IRA) used bottles of petrol and paraffin to set fire to a police barracks in Limerick. (...)

(...) By 1922, there is irrefutable evidence of the use of petrol bombs by the IRA; this time along the newly created Irish border. Contemporary documents reveal that local units – under the leadership of future Irish politician and international statesman Frank Aiken – had evolved their own form of the now familiar device, and were using it regularly in operations ranging from sectarian attacks on civilian homes to ambushes against the police and military.

Yeah. The Sticky Burning Liquid recipe that immolates. Frak'n beautiful, isn't it?

Images of military prowess and aristocrats dancing? How very jingoistic.

Oh, look, our class betters are celebrating how much more awesome life is for them than the lowly peasants!

I am so proud of Finland's Landed Gentry and their powdered courtiers!?!

And of course Finland participated in three major conflicts during World War II, all related to ongoing hostilities between Finland and the expansionist Soviet Union. As the Soviet Union changed ambiguous relations with Nazi Germany to battling the Nazis, this placed the Finns in the unusual situation of being for, then against, then for, the overall interests of the Allied powers.

Germany helped us, many others did not. Allying with them seemed like the best idea in beginning of WW2.
Sadly they refused to leave our country and burnt half of it while retreating in the Lapland war.
