Of course you wouldnt. And yet unemployment overall in America is at a all time low, Unemployment among African American males is at an all time low, Unemployment among Hispanics is at an all time low, The economy is rebounding, and President Trump is putting America First. For all your spin and propaganda, He's still keeping his campaign promises.

do you actually think trump had something to do with the unemployment rate?

Do you actually think politics has any power nowdays? It's not, markets and technological resources rule us all.

Anyone else over 30 remember when the unemployment rate was only 2.0% in the US*? Anyone? I do. Clinton was in office.

*I'd have to dig up some stuff for historical numbers. It's probably not hard to find, and it was slightly higher than 2.0%, but it was at a historical low, even with the poor way unemployment is counted.

Low unemployment is simple to reach when you incarcerate a good part of the population and forget to count another good part. Approaching the topic honestly you would have to count everyone that isn't getting enough income from working a full-time (up to 40h a week, all included) job to live from it and support children. The graphs would look way different to the ones posted above.

Also regarding 'the left' in the US: there isn't one.
It's either millionaires (Democrats) or millionaires (Republicans) to vote for, both don't care about >90% of the population.

Closer to 4-5%, however it's important to note that economists consider 5% unemployment full employment. It's basically impossible to get lower than 4% due to frictional unemployment.

Also worth noting Clinton left office with a budget surplus/no budget deficit due to impressive tax hikes.

Nothing to think about. If you want to pay for Program A that costs X dollars, you have to generate X dollars in taxes of some form. If you can't, won't, or otherwise, then you need to cut n amount of funding to programs. Yet again the military gets a boost in funding while other important programs remain stagnant or get cut. What's important? Depends on who you ask.

Keep in mind though the bigger part of the armed forces is paid peanuts and is mainly there for the health care it provides for their families. That money isn't all going into fuel for tanks and choppers, people need care. Also to note the terrible state of the VA, which it has been terrible for oh say.... Vietnam era on at least. Murika is full of problems, but like Granger said, "It's either millionaires (Democrats) or millionaires (Republicans) to vote for, both don't care about >90% of the population." GG ladies and gentlemen, we're gonna suffer this as we suffered all before, we will continue to suffer after. Just try not to argue whose fault anything is on a level of a single person, our elected officials are all pretty crap equally.

Or you can just not give a damn and continue piling up debt.

We should all actually devote our lives to our new and upcoming robot overlords instead of paying attention to these fleshy meatbags

The USA has a dysfunctional way to distribute wealth. And everyone is a temporarily embarrased millionaire..
