Bit cynical, but I'm kind of thinking that Haven has only now recovered from the disaster that was the World 8 payment model. I'm under impression that people from Legacy all slowly dripping back after hearing that the payment model is now better and game has gotten lot of new content, but many people who were more or less integral part of the community are still gone.
