Im at 7560, make frequent visits to caves and have yet to find one. For some reason my village mates with much lower have found multiple though.

Worth noting there are 3 cave biomes now, and we don't know what they spawn like on all of them. I've noticed some differences. Someone else asked the same question a week ago and got something of an answer, at least enough to find one.

Can confirm that I frequently find it on green and brown biomes, BUT only in large free space areas inside caves.

I have find four so far in cave with green biome, though I do not recall if it is in green biome tiles specifically or just normal gray one. Three of them are in large cavern and one is in hallway.

The very exciting LUSH CAVE biome definitely has it
