Waybroad has quite a few more uses than poultice, and is much cheaper on your overall resources if you're within a good distance of growing spot for it . On top of this, Honey Broad-aids are used for MORE wound types, that poultices cant account for, and would require you to hunt down other wound remedies.

Not to mention if you look at the debuffs that waybroad and poultices give, you'll see that waybroad's debuff is much less punishing to use compared to the stinging poultice.

Don't go ignoring waybroad so boldly, it's a handy little plant.

thanks for advice i will try to save some for later i suppose, but it took 24hours+ to heal small deepcuts that stingpoltice (which is very easy to make) cures overnight.

Necropost.

Is it possible that wayboard isn't visible until you get First Aid skill?

Because I have 24 * 38 / Per * Exp but no First Aid skill and haven't seen the herb in question once yet.

Try Beech Grove and Red Plain biomes.

I did and some swamp grids too. No result yet. My camp is on Beech Grove biome. There are about 8 grids of Beech Grove around me too and yet haven't even seen it once.

It is either I am quite unlucky in finding Waybroad or there is something else to it.

Update: I am at 30 * 40 / Per * Exp rn and still no visual of that sneaky little herb.

Another update.

30 * 41 / Per * Exp. Finally found one. In front of my camp.

Maybe Wiki is "slightly" off on the amount of Per * Exp needed?

Yes, most likely. A lot of the per*exp numbers on the wiki aren't great and it's mostly rough guesswork anyway.
