Can you imagine that the artist thought that he was so bad at painting sceneries, that he spent rest of his life only making paintings of birds!
I'm not sure that I have a strong argument against sketch colors - Jorb, November 2019

Well I've read that his scenery paintings were not really appreciated in his time and got lots of harsh critique, and then he ended up painting mostly birds.
One of his bird paintings.

I don't know why, some of those japanese woodblock prints seems so nice to me. They are usually weirdly peaceful, atmospheric, even mystic
