Sadly, this seems to be what has happened. This is why we can't have nice things.
Fortunately, I saw this coming since before I shared it, so I've been discussing with Shubla about what can be done about this, and I left open a browser tab with the map so I could still access them. I've manually recreated the map and Shubla added a read-only feature so vandalism can be prevented. The new, read-only map can be found here:
https://vatsul.com/HnHMap/map?markers=e ... .84&zoom=3Ideally I'd like to enable editing again (I'm not adding these manually, there's way too many of them, just recreating the map was a huge pain) but I'll need better protection/backup features before I do that because I don't intend to manually recreate the entire thing again.

For the record, this is just a specific instance of
Shubla's map. The original map code was to my knowledge written by several people, notably Algeralith who's hosted the map for many worlds, and the marker placement code was added by Shubla. The map tiles were
kindly but at least in part unknowingly contributed by Purus Pasta Client users. I just placed a few markers and shared the link.
