1. the PVE Combat is Cheesed. the Hunting is actually worse then its predecessor. The other aspects of the PVE, ie farming, cooking, animal care taking mining etc, become VERY grindy and repetitive.

2. Game never really is not dead, but that is from a point of view. Yes there are bots, and the active players, well. . again from a point of view. Do Not be suprised if A. you never see another person, or B. you get killed in the first day. It's all about where you spawn.

3. Game gets updates. for instance the last update and basic dev activity was back in December. Before that was Back in June 2025. you can see this here: - And I do not feel this is worth the investment.

4. The game is not newbie friendly and the Forums are a cesspool. you have been warned.

5. Yea there are some bugs, there always have been and there always will be. The Devs have a hard time bug squashing so to speak.

- cheesed pve is probably going to be boring after few minutes of gameplay.. this is really disappointing
- if there are bots, I assume it's pay to win. It's possible to buy botted items on market (like end tier food or tools), isn't it?
- i can see there are very long breaks between patches
- I started playing a bit, and there are guides in game. There is also short "really short" tutorial
- About bugs. I saw ongoing discussion on recent patch thread with an exploit. This is worse that I was imagining

Anyway, thanks for feedback. I will give a try but lower my expectations to minimum.

Don't you have some kind of macular degeneration, or cataracts, or are your eyes bleeding by any chance?

Idk, i feel no one is honest with you there

ad. 1 - pve content is boring as hell. It's botted to maximum with spotter bots (bot refresh grid every 10-15 minutes, send msg to discord, go hunt animal, quit the game).
pve difficulty? script to position yourself away of animal range then you use one button (QB) to open red around 70 then full circle animal to death (another script for that exists). Remember to set re-aggro script so animal doesn't run away.
Boring as fuck

ad 2.
w16 is dead
w16.1 is almost dead
you probably won't meet anyone in game outside of walls atm

ad 3.
It's annoying and not effective to play the game without verification + sub because of character development rate and "convenience". It's pay to win at the beginning. I don't even mention what happens later when you can abuse buying op food to raise ur character. Prepare money for tokens.

ad 4.
It's not newbie friendly. You will probably die many times before you figure out how to play

ad 5.
There are a lot of exploits, bugs. Developers don't care about them. Only patch when it's really necessary.

tldr:
game mechanics sux, it's only good because of social aspect if you have a group to play with.
Selling high quality tools for tokens. PM for more details

For a sandbox mmo it is truly exceptional. But if you want combat action, class based build making leveling up wow enchantments wow!!! Then no, most of the creatures are trivial to fight 1 month into the game if you know what you are doing, and anything can be cheesed earlier than that. The rest of the creatures are never worth fighting upfront, and will always be cheesed.

Mireki wrote:- Player Population: I've heard the player base is relatively small—does that mean the game is dying? Are there a lot of bots, or are players still actively engaged?

Depends what you consider "engaged", if you come from cookiecutter instance content based mmorpgs like wow or wahtever, you may be disappointed to play for a month or two in haven and never see anyone. But you can meet people, there is people playing, is just that the map is so huge that the small playerbase always feels scarce, but there is always people playing and if you travel you can definitely see the player made impact on the world.

Mireki wrote:- The game is in early access, but is it still actively being developed? Is the dev team committed to improving and expanding it? Also, given the price (verification + subscription), do you feel it's worth the investment for early access?

Sometimes, no, yes.
We complain about the lack of content nowdays because comparing to the past, the game really doesn't get as many updates as it used to. But it's easy to overlook the amount of content that is already in the game until you decide to play something else and see how little other sandbox games, specially mmos, have to offer in comparrison. Specially for a new player, there is a lot of enjoyment to be found in the content that is already.

Mireki wrote:- How newbie-friendly is the game? Are there good guides or an active community to help newcomers?

It is probably one of the least newbie-friendly mmos you can find, thankfully there are a lot of good guides here on the forums and on the wiki.

Mireki wrote:- Are there any major game-breaking bugs that more experienced players are exploiting, or is the game mostly stable?

Yes. But you don't have to worry about that. For now just read this. Keep your gates closed.
