If I’m being honest that sounds very paranoid, he might not do the best job but his policies have been mostly in line with conservative values (so that was reason #1) and so far he has actually implemented some of the policy he talked about during his campaign (reason #2). Finally if he gets that wall up then I think the people that voted for him would be quite pleased with that (reason #3).
Obama was a terrible president and he seemed like the one being manipulated to me. For example, the Obama administration said repeatedly that through the Iran deal Iran would stop developing nuclear weapons and redesign and reduce their nuclear facilities. What did Iran actually do? Moved all their files somewhere secret to pick up exactly where they left off later so the Obama administration was wrong.
I also think Hillary would have been the bigger shill than Trump that’s for sure.
