also I think everyone was a little out of it yesterday...doesn't help that we seem to log in like 10pm at night and Tarnum and foragin are ahead by a few hours, so it's very late for them.

although I think we did a lot of work yesterday clearing the area and starting to figure out the space we need to get walls up.

I did a few and then let Em choose, this was my favourite too ... but, I feel I have to say, it is just a copied picture, I didn't draw it.

Got all the perimeter marked out today and dug ... yay!
But prior to that Tarnum let me name the new horse and ride it out to hunt and forage ...



We met some of the locals, Elvis is alive and living in the hearthlands!



Next few hours were spent working hard, with Tarnum preparing food for us and having to feed the hungry horses. Finally everyone had to go off to sleep but as I have a free day tomorrow I stayed behind to finish off the terraforming for the pali, the only thing bothering me was my nooby birch backpack which needed emptying every few seconds, lol, and my awful nettle clothing, not having had time to do much in the way of leather making since I arrived. I had four pieces done, just two more to go ...

Then, as if by magic, my fairy godfather arrived!



I am now all kitted out and back to looking stylish with a backpack I can actually work with!

Today I did some mining, showed my neighbor a mine I found, and did some hunting.

I killed a Boar and a Moose. That bloody darn Moose ate 4 of my arrows before going down.

I want to increase my "quality of life" a bit more before I venture out in pursuit of the City.
