People do care. However, most of them lose motivation to post because they cannot express themselves. Some might feel it is pointless to suggest anything (due to IP presence as well).

Sorry that was poorly worded, I was just talking about the ones that do come here like you, Apxeolog, Headshot, idk who else and if they feel it's pointless to suggest anything it is only because their very first experience with the developers isn't actually with them at this forum, but it's receiving their posts and information second hand at the Russian forum and sometimes from a tainted source that will fill their minds with all sorts of bad things about the evil La Grande Bourgeoisie and the developers are merely just puppets on strings!
