That "Um..." was about... well... you know... There are already globalized(Well, not every resource is global) and public timers for localized resources.![]()
I personally like mightysheep's idea (including the raiding window part) with a few "but". In my opinion drying time should take longer than 2 hours. Saying, like 4 hours with the ability to place engines "outside" window time. As well there should be a decent localized resources cost for siege engines. Yes, we already have brimstone cost but, to prevent spamming, it should be increased.
This idea needs polishing and better discussion, tho as well I am almost sleeping so it's hard to think :Р
