HnH could have been in a much better state if they try to get their bot situation under control. It shouldn't be on Steam with how they handle the problem.
It's expected that you get banned for using bots when you play online games.

Right, it's not that difficult to implement the most basic measures, and they really should be keeping track of all such information and more anyways if they intend to properly resolve mechanical issues. For example, knowing what foods players mostly eat and in what frequency, is one type of metric that would help in improving foods and FEPs. Player metrics are important for many reasons.
