Im talking of a random captcha while you play. Something that last some minutes (in order to let people run-fight-do what they have to do if busy). It needs a sound, so that you can notice it. It needs a counter, so that you can know the time left to answer. It needs a pop-up next a system menu (hunger? Running?) so it will not spawn just over your mouse while you're risking your life.
It needs to be planned, sure, but is the best way to know if someone is a Human or not.
