Killing the enemy leader complicates peace/surrender talks and power transfers. They won't (intentionally) kill Zelensky unless they really want a hostile annexation which leaves them with serious rebellions they would need to suppress. Having the former leader surrender gives much more legitimacy to an annexation - if that's what Russia is even after (they might settle for just Eastern Ukraine and serious concessions on Ukraine's side).

By the way: Zelenskyy's whole plan here is to maximize death and destruction in his country so the West can use it against Russia as a pretext for future aggression. This is how these scumbags play. They know The Ukraine can't win a war against Russia, so they want to maximize that atrocity propaganda to draw other Western nations in (and to garner public support), using innocent civilian lives to do so. (Zelenksyy is conscripting all men ages 18-65, btw)

Westeners are living over the limits of resources that we have. Most of the living quality is based on abusing and ripping off people in poor countries. Taking their natural resources, minerals, oil etc. Forcing them to work in terrible conditions for 1$ a day. Of course there will be inflation, its unavoidable and a good thing.
You can easily afford life saving medicine if you cut down on useless spending and make the greedy medicine companies lower their margins.
