Unfortunately, the devs have made it clear that if you share an account voluntarily and get burned, that's on you. It's within the scope of "allowable behaviour" because you were warned from the get go... I guess? At least my interpretation was that the lists of misdeeds were aimed at non-allowed forms of gameplay.

My impression is that the devs don't intend for accounts to be shared, so if you do it anyway and something goes wrong, they really don't care. Using keyloggers and other nefarious means to steal someone's password is another thing entirely.
